Message : This is a call to all my fellow z owners, a couple of guys came to my shop this morning 6/26/01 with a 95tt blk on blk.
: ofcourse it was stolen and yes i bought it for $2000. the car has 27,000 miles on it and its loaded with all kinds of goodies including a dual nitro setup(it has 2 bottles in it)and 3 jvc 6.5" tv's and i guess thats a playstation 2 game console in there with it. anyway if this car sound familiar to anyone here in ny they can contact me to retrieve there property. where located in westchester, ny and these kids were prety young so im sure they didnt go to far to get this car. the owner has 7 days to contact me and if i dont hear anything, im just going to go ahead and strip it.
: email me if this is yours, just give me what i paid for it and maybe this will help, the wheels are chrome 18"players with 235 40 18" falcoln tires on it. car also has 2 momo racing seats black with blue trim. this car is hot and if it where mine id be going crazy.they took all the paperwork out and theres no plates on the car so i dont have a name to post and no im not calling the cops because what fool who owns one of these cars would? im only postung this message because my wife asked to give the owner a chance to recover it so they have 7 days

Run the VIN!!

Or call the police, tell them some kids brought in a car with no paper/plates, and you want to see if it is stolen, and give them the VIN, if it is stolen, they will tell you and contact the owner.

Not sure about NY law, but the owner will not get ticketed in this case. The car must be driving on the road to be cited. Because the car was stolen, the owner would just need to tell the cops it is a race car, and have it towed home.

Looking for a good Z, got advice on what to look for when i buy one? Email me, ron@moto1.net
